Gavin Harris is a forward thinking designer and futurist, driven by a fascination with how people will live and interact with their environments in the years to come. As Design Director at leading commercial interior firm Futurespace, he brings a holistic approach to every project, while also pursuing his passion for product design in his own time.

With a background in applied science and the built environment from Queensland University of Technology, Gavin approaches design with both creativity and technical insight. He thrives in the development phase, finding joy in sketching, prototyping, and refining ideas. His design philosophy centres on the belief that interior and product design are deeply interconnected, each informing and enhancing the other. Inspired by the traditional architect/designer role, Gavin embraces every detail from architecture to accessories to shape cohesive, future-ready spaces.
